Tell Manzil where you need to end up. We find the paying work along that path — then handle
the hours, the fuel, the miles and the paperwork around it.
We never take a cut of your freight.

The problem
You run a business on worse information than the people you sell to
Four costs, and every one of them is somebody else's business model.
$195/mo
To know what a load is worth
Rate benchmarks sit in the upper tiers of the big load boards. Most drivers hold two to five subscriptions at once.
2.5–3.5%
To not wait 30 days
Net-30 is standard, so factoring takes a slice of every invoice just to get you paid on time.
16.3%
Of your miles are empty
Roughly one mile in six, driven for nothing. At 150,000 miles that's around $55,000 a year.
8,000+
Double-brokering complaints
Up from about 2,000 in 2021. Carriers lose an estimated $700M–$1B a year to it.
The product
Every load looks good until you take the empty miles out
This is the real calculation, running live — no signup, nothing sent anywhere.
Put a load a broker offered you into it.
Should I take this load?
Defaults are real, not invented: diesel is the EIA national average (7 Sep 2026), running costs are ATRI’s 2026 figure. Change them to yours. ⚠ Prices may be out of date — check the pump.

The load
Your truck
Other costs means truck payment, insurance, maintenance, tyres, tolls — everything that isn’t fuel or your own pay. The $0.83 default is ATRI’s 2026 industry figure. Yours is probably different; change it.

The part that matters most
All of this works before we have a single load for you
Keep running loads from wherever you get them today. Manzil still tracks the miles, buys the
fuel right, files the paperwork and watches the clock. The freight comes later.
Fuel, bought on the right side of a state line
Cheapest stop on your route, and where to fill so IFTA settles in your favour.
Miles by state, tracked as you drive
IFTA is three-quarters written before the quarter ends. No shoebox, no spreadsheet.
Hours watched, so a break never surprises you
Drive time, window and cycle in one place — and we never show you a load you can't legally finish.
Every document, filed as it happens
Rate cons, BOLs, PODs, insurance. Yours to export any time — including the day you leave.
Leased to a carrier? You still can't take outside loads — but your lease can't stop you
using your own fuel card, your own mileage log or your own tax tools. Every one of these is
yours from day one.
How we make money
We'd rather tell you than have you wonder
A monthly subscriptionThe main thing. You pay us, so we work for you.
The fuel cardWe earn a few cents a gallon from the fuel network — after you've already saved more than that.
Committed lanesA flat fee when we set up a repeating lane between you and a shipper. You two contract with each other, not with us.
Compliance softwareWe sell our carrier-vetting system to other companies. Nothing to do with your loads.
What we never do is take a percentage of your freight. Every company that tried to be
"Uber for trucking" made its money on the gap between what the shipper paid and what the driver
got. When rates fell, so did they. We'd rather be boring and still be here.
Did the numbers match your experience?
That is the whole ask. I am building this and I would rather hear I got it wrong now than
after it is built. If the calculator was close, tell me. If it was way off, tell me that too.
